Start your free 7-day trial by creating an account. No credit card required.

Visit our homepage and click "Start Free Trial"
Enter your email address and create a secure password
Verify your email address by clicking the link we send
Complete your profile with basic business information

💡 Tip: Use a business email address to ensure you receive all notifications and can easily share access with team members later.

2 Add Your Business Location

Add your first business location to start monitoring reviews.

From your dashboard, click "Add Business Location"
Enter your business name exactly as it appears online
Include your city and state for better matching
Review the suggested matches and select your business

📝 Note: If your business isn't found automatically, you can manually enter your Google Business and Yelp profile URLs.

3 Select Platforms to Monitor

Choose which review platforms you want to monitor for this location.

Google Business Profile (recommended for all businesses)
Yelp (especially important for restaurants and local services)
Facebook Reviews (if your business has a Facebook page)
Industry-specific platforms (coming soon)

4 Configure Your Preferences

Set up your notification preferences and monitoring settings.

Choose notification frequency (immediate, daily digest, weekly summary)
Select which types of reviews to be notified about
Set up email preferences and additional recipients
Configure your dashboard layout and view preferences

1 Access Notification Settings

Navigate to your notification preferences in your account settings.

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
Click on the "Notifications" tab
