🚀 Getting Started

After creating your account, go to the Dashboard and click "Add Business Location." Enter your business name and we'll automatically find your Google Business and Yelp listings. You can then select which platforms to monitor.
We check for new reviews every 2 hours, 24/7. This ensures you're notified quickly when customers leave feedback, allowing you to respond promptly.
No, we never ask for your passwords. We only monitor publicly available review data using official APIs and web scraping of public information.

🔔 Notifications

Go to Account Settings → Notifications. You can choose to receive emails for all reviews, only negative reviews, or specific star ratings. You can also adjust notification frequency.
Currently we send email notifications. Mobile push notifications are coming soon! You can forward our emails to SMS through your email provider's SMS gateway.
Check your spam folder first. Add [email protected] to your contacts. Also verify your email address in Account Settings and check that notifications are enabled.

💳 Billing & Account

You get 7 days completely free with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you can choose a paid plan or your account will be paused.
Yes! You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. If you have a specific issue, contact support and we'll work with you.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

Try searching with different variations of your business name, or include your city. If still not found, contact support with your Google Business and Yelp profile URLs and we'll add them manually.
We only show reviews from the date you started monitoring. Historical reviews older than when you signed up may not appear. Also, some platforms may have API limitations.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. If the issue persists, check our status page or contact support with details about your browser and device.
